   • All payments for services are due in full before the start of the service period. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services until payment is received.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

   • For our contracted full service solution, cancellation must be received in writing 30 days before the end of the current service period. No refunds will be issued for ad-hoc services or cancellations received less than 30 days before the end of the current service period.

4. Liability and Indemnity

   • We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our services. By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of our services.

5. Privacy

   • We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

   • All content on our website is the property of Buckle-Up Transport and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our permission.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
